So far so good

Liked: It’s neat and clean, very comfortable.
Disliked: nothing except that the plug for bathroom sink in my room is stuck so i’m not able to use the sink.

Excellent, helpful friendly staff and...

Liked: The location is excellent, both in a tree lined avenue and next to Myers Park and within easy walking distance of Aoetea Square.
Disliked: The air conditioning throughout the hotel didn't work.

great place, would stay again.

Liked: Beds were super comfy and the staff were very helpful.Nice pool and spa to relax.
Disliked: Air conditioning wasn't working. Wouldn't be too much of a problem but having to open windows made it very noisy due to street noise etc.

Liked: The location was great.Good spacious room.Receptionist was very accommodating and willing to help, ie offering a roll out as our sleeping arrangement wasn't what we were expecting.Also, he said to call if we needed more fans as the ac was getting maintenance. Helpful staff.
Disliked: The room was a bit outdated, the decor could be improved to be a bit "warmer". But over all, i wasn't there for the appearance of the room.Would like to inform the staff, the head board in my room 418 needs urgent attention. The vinyl is peeling and there was a lot of flecks of the vinyl on my pillow.There weren't any usb charging ports in the room either, a suggestion would be to replace the power multi box's that have a usb in them.
