Disappointing

Very good

Liked: Location was very good.
Disliked: Did ask for a wake up call, as we had an early start on our first day and after a long journey was worried incase we overslept. Never got the call, but we did get up in time so all was fine, staff did apologise.

Very bad to stay.

Liked: Room smells very bad and very dirty. Very bad ventilation system.
Disliked: Open windows can make little comfort

Disliked: There was no air conditioning an the day we got there we called to the main desk as we didn’t no how to work it an we were told they were sending someone up! we went out for dinner got bck an there still was no air condition we’re we’re then told there hasn’t been any air conditioning for 6months also in booking there was a pool to which was unavailable to use y we were there an it was very hot

Liked: Good location
Disliked: The aircon was not working in the room. They had to get me a fan as super hot and said couldn’t be changed to different room. Was told this had been a problem before so not sure why this hadn’t been fixed in the middle of summer. Car park is very tight. Staff nice but this place is quite tired.

Superb

Liked: The location was close to the city center.
Disliked: The air-conditioning did not work, and it was extremely hot in our room despite the provided electric fan. It took 3 days before were moved to a different room which was inconvenient considering we had to repack and unpack.

Liked: Location was great. Close to everything we needed and the venue of concert we were attending
Disliked: Noticed the door of bathroom and carpet around spa bath was worn
