Exceptional and comfortable

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was exceptional - very clean, had everything I needed for my stay. The beds and pillows were so comfortable, best night sleep I have had when I have traveled.
Disliked: Nothing - everything was perfect

Disliked: Elevator were absolutely ridiculously slow. Waited 30 minutes and only 1 of the 3 were working

Liked: Friendly staff, comfy beds, clean room & good location
Disliked: If I had to be picky the shower was extremely hard to get temp right burning hot to freezing with little in between
