Liked: Location is great for the tourist on foot wanting to explore the city cbd/shopping/darling harbour and to get to the Circular Quay area the Townhall Train Station is a quick walk via the nearby shopping plaza entrance located on the corner of Bathurst and Kent St. While the hotel isn't the newest kid on the block and might not have as much Glam as some other hotels it does have a sense of comfort and warmth. Our room on the 5th floor cityview was quiet,clean,spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom styling is not the latest but you can tell that when it was built they used tiling/stone work of high quality and it retains a lux feel over time.My 8 yr old son felt very safe at the hotel and he looked forward to coming back here in the evenings after a hectic day of activities.The hotel staff were polite and helpful.
Disliked: No pool but we wouldnt have had time to use one anyway.

Liked: Bed comfortable and room very clean.Loved the two sinks in the bathroom- lots of room for two to get ready for a big night out! Breakfast wide range and good value.

Easy access to be right...

Liked: The location, easy access and valet parking is the reason we chose to stay here and it never disappoints. They signed me up to their rewards system for early check in and breakfast included - winning!We just didn’t recall overnight valet parking being $65, but for the peace of mind of not having to worry about car parking it’s worth it!
