All we needed

Liked: Clean and all we needed. The room itself was modern and very clean. The rest of the building lets it down as very tired, dated. Some of the main building had clearly been recently modernised so maybe it will all be better soon

Liked: Staff are helpful and friendly. Good location for where I needed to be. Good breakfast.
Disliked: Room 123- The bed was sunk in the middle, lumpy and the pillows lumpy. The heating valve was broken, so the room was boiling. Had to leave the window open all night with the blind flapping. The shower started hot, then went tepid, then cold. No side lamps, so overhead lighting only. No plugs next to the bed to charge my phone. Kettle too big to fill in the bathroom sink.

Disliked: room wasn’t great, bed was hard and uncomfortable and sink was gurgling all night also constant buzzing noise coming from somewhere could not sleep

Disliked: The kettle bottom stuck to the tray and nowhere safe to move the tray to plug the kettle in.
