Disliked: zip up bed very uncomfortagble, springs could be felt, join in bed hard. Moved to short single bed and slept well

Liked: Very friendly staff and helpful with early check in. Spacious and nice rooms.
Disliked: A little walk to get to the closest cafe or restaurant.

Lovely relaxing stay in Takapuna

Liked: Welcoming, great safe location, clean, friendly helpful staff
Disliked: The road was closed in the morning due to the Auckland marathon but we managed to get out in time for my daughters cheerleading competition

Disliked: The room smelt slightly musty when we walked in but otherwise very clean and tidy. Would have appreciated milk in the fridge as we arrived late.

Perfect location

Liked: Great location, walking distance to Takapuna Beach and town centre. Room was a good size for a few days stay with comfortable seating area and desk. Staff were really helpful with information.
Disliked: Equipment in the gym was broken

Disliked: roasd front rooms bit noisy, rooms 431 or 433 are perfect
