Disliked: Too noisy with a room over the main road, too hot and stuffy as when you opened the window the traffic noise was very loud, Fridge wasn't clean, cold tap and tiles in bathroom broken, very old and worn out and peeling, smelly rubbish bin outside our room. No one in office to talk to.

Will not stay again.

Disliked: The room we were given did not reflect the room depicted on the Booking.com booking website. On arrival we were told they were all taken. The room we were given was facing the main busy road, was smaller & was very noisy. The screen door to the balcony did not have a lock, presenting a serious security issue. The shower leaked, and on arrival we were met with a large puddle on the bathroom floor right in front of the shower and toilet. A very dangerous slip hazard indeed.
