Very good

Liked: Room was well appointed and clean. Very quiet considering SH1 being so close.
Disliked: First impressions can influence an opinion. So some simple grounds maintenance eg lawns mowed and gardens manicured would create a better perception of whats on offer. Also with shrubbery trimmed it would reduce the hazardous blind spots when exiting the property onto an immensely busy highway.
