Exceptional

Good for a one night...

Liked: The hotel lobby and outdoor area are lovely, nice decor and very inviting. There’s a free carpark with plenty of spaces. No additional charge for a dog which is really nice, and they even had a bowl in the room ready for him. The room was really small though, especially since we had a dog with us. The “double” bed were actually two singles that weren’t joined together and there was a big gap in between. Very soft and not so comfortable either. Breakfast was ok.

Liked: We weren't told but we got a free upgrade which was very cute considering it was Valentine's day! There was an elevator right next to the room that went straight to the parking lotThe bed was huge and comfortable, there was a balcony, the shower is amazingThe staff is very friendly and helpful, no complaintsIt wasn't my first time here and it won't be my last
Disliked: The TVs are a bit old, you cant watch any streaming services on there but they do provide DVDs and DVD players

Liked: Very clean and beautiful. The suite was a perfect size for a family of four. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Staff super friendly!
Disliked: This is very silly but there wasn’t a screen on the backside of the hair dryer so my hair was pulled in when I had it facing the wrong way. Entirely my fault though.
