Comfortable with convenient location

Liked: Excellent location & great external architecture to building.
Disliked: Internal decoration looks tired in parts of hotel.

Disappointing

Liked: Not worth the money we’ve paid.
Disliked: The receptionist wasn’t talking English at all and because of that we had to drive through the whole city to find the parking. After finding it and checking in it appeared we were in a different parking spot, so had to again circle around the city to find the right one.

Nice hotel, no value for...

Liked: The location is perfect, foot distance from the main station and the city center, wonderful view over the Wasserturm. Spacious room with much storage space.
Disliked: The reception personnel appeared sometimes inexperienced. The room was not clean, do not look under the beds! Cleaning means just arranging (never replacing) bed sheets, emptying garbage and giving new towels. The used coffee cups were not removed for days and the surfaces remained dusty... One cleaning lady started talking on her phone with the speaker on, outside my door at 8am... And there was just one mirror in the bathroom, nowhere else and no safe.
