Liked: That hotel is in a beautiful location. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Upgraded our room. The bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: This is an older type hotel.Stone floors and everything. It felt expensive considering the time of year.

Decent hotel with great location

Liked: We loved the location, it’s really in the center of town. You can easily park in the garage. The town square is 5 minutes walking distance. Everything was very clean and we were extremely satisfied with the bar and the offer of the cocktails and the vibe there. Rooms are a bit minimalistic, but it’s a design hotel vibe as well. Beds were very comfortable and the shower is great.
Disliked: What we didn’t like was the building itself. From the inside, the halls and the elevator and the staircase looks exactly as our hospitals and it was not really comfortable as we expected. We didn’t know that the pool was closed during the winter because we saw on booking “heated pool” and thought it’s during the winter as well. The employees at the bar were so kind and friendly, but the ones at the reception not so much. They were both (at check in and check out) super fast and looked like they are in a hury. The lady at the check in talked really fast, showed us where the elevator was and hurried back in like 1 minute, it was not something we’d expect at a 4 stars hotel. Before that, we stayed at hotels where we got welcome drink, they went with us to our hotel room, asked if we have any questions… But here, not so much. It looked a bit like in a hostel. Also, the guy in the garage doesn’t speak a tiny bit of english and I think it’s a problem. I think the main problem were our expectations because I think the photos on booking and (especially) on social media are wonderful (and very details-oriented), so the feeling you get when you enter the hotel is very different from what we expected. (And also, the value for money is not so good).
