good stay, comfortable and friendly

Liked: it was all very nice - the location, reception, attitude, room etc.
Disliked: but there was a machine noise all night long from outside. Not very strong, but still annoying.

Potential is there but not...

Liked: Basics are okay. Breakfast is sufficient
Disliked: Front office staff is unfriendly and has an attitude. I’ve never seen such an unmotivated front office, also the manager. Absolute disgrace for the hospitality industry. I feel sorry for the girl with the hijab at the reception that she has such bad examples. Simple questions stay unanswered or with a sarcastic/f you attitude. The beers we ordered in the bar taste really bad, probably draft haven’t been used in few days. (Restaurant was day before closed) there is lot of potential in the hotel but not with the behaviour of the current staff. Overall potential is there but for now not worthy to comeback. Next trip I’ll book Arte hotel next door again.

Second time staying. No complaints....

Liked: Second time staying in this hotel so knew what to expect. No complaints. Enjoyed our stay.
Disliked: Nothing the hotel can do but it is a bit far from the main town. Something to consider if you have people with mobility issues. But there is a bus stop just around the corner.
