Liked: Breakfast was excellent, bed is comfortable, swimming pool was clean and warm. Gym equipment is also new.We are thinking to come again!

An excellent, high-quality hotel with...

Liked: Service (I had a number of requests, all of which were dealt with very successfully, including sewing a button for me, which was great!), breakfast, extended check-out - all sorted very well.
Disliked: I had ordered a twin room but when I checked on arrival it was a double. Also, having extended check-out time, the key card hadn't been adjusted so when I went back to my room (quite a long way from Reception) the key didn't work. (Small issues only! Overall, excellent.)

Liked: ladies at reception & bellboy were very welcoming & helpful
Disliked: Waiters at the restaurant. (Not breakfast, dinner)
