Disliked: Bad PR in direct call to them, go through a booking agency.I call them direct for a reservation and they had no time to talk to me. I was told" I can't speak with you now, you have to call back".Bad bad PR. So I went through Booking !Would not have stayed there but they were the only game in town!They really need to update their 70's look!

Liked: Comfy bed.
Disliked: We chose the zParkfirld because we wanted to swim & relax in the pool and hot tub. It was closed. This was not mentioned before or at check in & no discount was offered. We would not have come had We known the pool was closed. Very disappointing.
