Very nice hotel

Liked: The entire staff was extremely nice, helpful, and accommodating. The 6th floor lounge was cozy and enjoyable. The location is convenient to many attractions.
Disliked: The view from our room was the side of the library, which is not very attractive. However, I appreciated the sliding door in our room. We were able to see the happenings on the street below. A refrigerator in room would be nice.

Perfect hotel for our week...

Liked: The location of this hotel was amazing ! We couldn’t have stayed anywhere better. It is waking distance to so many things on our to do list like times square/ broadway shows, grand central, 5th ave, New York public library, Central Park, Empire State Building, summit one Vanderbilt and being opposite Bryant park was perfect for eating our take away and having our coffee outside. There was also a hop on hop off bus stop right across the street. The staff were very friendly with 24 hour front desk/ door man and the free laundry facilities were a perfect touch for convenience. The room was some what spacious for New York standards and had everything we needed for our stay. It was clean, quiet and cosy. Oh and The shower was also large and a subway stop was so close.
Disliked: The pillows were very soft for our liking and the bathroom had a sliding door which lefts gaps so limited privacy. However I would 100% look past these things and stay here again due to the great things listed above.

Liked: Location: The hotel’s location is perfect. Right next to Bryant Park, you get to enjoy the park's vibrant atmosphere and easy access to public events. Plus, if you're a foodie or shopping enthusiast, you’ll love the convenience of top-rated bakeries, restaurants, and stores just downstairs. Lady M is practically next door—ideal for those who share my love for their cakes!Staff: The staff were exceptional—welcoming, friendly, and always ready to assist. When I struggled to remove a hard label from my dog’s new toy, they quickly provided scissors so my pup could enjoy his new plaything without delay.Room: We stayed in a Deluxe high-floor room. While Manhattan hotel rooms aren't usually spacious, ours was well laid out. It featured a full-size bed, a comfy accent chair, and a square table. The bed was exceptionally comfortable—one of the best I've ever slept on, making me want to buy the bedding materials!Bathroom: The bathroom was modern, clean, and well-organized. Water pressure was excellent despite being on a higher floor. The soundproof windows were a great feature, allowing for a peaceful night’s sleep despite Manhattan’s usual noise.Minor Issue: There was a small hiccup with the sink’s water stopper—it didn’t work properly, and we had to manually remove it to let the water drain. For a 4-star hotel, I expected this to be fixed before our arrival, but it didn’t significantly impact our stay.Pet Policy: I appreciated that there was no extra charge for my pet. However, I was disappointed to find that Bryant Park’s lawn area was blocked off, so I had to take my dog to Central Park for his potty breaks. Manhattan’s concrete landscape has limited green spaces. Overall, this hotel provided a wonderful stay for both me and my pup. The prime location, attentive staff, and comfortable accommodations make it a top choice for travelers with pets.

Disliked: The elevator was sooooo slow. Wish there was a fridge in the room.
