Great location, great experience!

Liked: I loved the location it was right by Bryant Park! It is closed to such a good line of the subway. The room is quite nice, all of the amenities and the bed is very comfortable. I absolutely loved the yoga mat and the pre recorded yoga sessions for us it was such a special touch.
Disliked: The cleaning of the rooms could have been a bit better.

Liked: Location was perfect. Made it easy to walk most everywhere or hop on a quick subway ride. Beautiful view of Bryant park and comfortable room! Friendly staff and great service.
Disliked: I wish the room service menu had a little more variety. But it was delicious, friendly, and delivered fast.

We loved New York and...

Liked: The larger room on floor 9 was very good. It was bright, airy and fairly quiet. The hotel's restaurant had a good atmosphere and very tasty food. The location was excellent, very central for all the sights of New York. Beds in both rooms were really comfortable.
Disliked: Our room on floor 3 felt small and dark. It was noisy because of its proximity to the street below, the traffic was loud especially the lorries collecting rubbish from the bin area which was unfortunately immediately adjacent to the hotel.For the 1st couple of days of our stay one of the 2 lifts was out of order so we had to wait quite a while for lifts to arrive.The hotel bar on floor 6 was very quiet and lacking in atmosphere the night we visited it.
