Liked: Such a nice spot and great location next to Bryant Park.
Disliked: My room was in the corner unit next to the utility room - so there was a lot of slamming of that door early on + not a lot of light coming in through the windows. Otherwise, very comfortable.

Best in Central Manhattan

Liked: Modern clean rooms, nice “members club” lounge for light breakfast and drinks, lots of nearby restaurants and cafes, and less than a mile run to Central Park

Disliked: The elevators were a disaster Very slow and did not fit the number of people in the hotel.

Alright though a bit pricey

Liked: Great location at Bryant park, there is a fantastic bakery next door (heritage)
Disliked: Elevator terribly slow - gym was well equipped but could have been better maintained (the peloton did not work properly).Staff a bitsy arrogant.

Liked: Excellent hotel, highly recommend. I stay in NY 3-4 times per year for both leisure and business. First time staying at this hotel which is now top of my list at this great price point for every reason - location, pristine cleanliness, friendly and helpful lobby staff, comfort, amenities - whether staying for business or with family. I stayed here with my 13 yo daughter for 3 nights and we walked to Broadway shows, Morgan Library, Hudson Yards, Central Park, High Line, and Moynihan Train Hall. Our room was immaculate, though I paid extra for a high floor hoping for a view and we had none, no biggie since we were out exploring, but it was definitely not worth the supposed upgrade. Lobby staff were unpretentious and kind. Linens were fresh and bed was incredibly comfortable. Room, hallways, elevator, all quiet and soundproof for privacy. Restaurant was lovely, we ordered carryout dessert via the bartender to take to our room after a show one night. “Tiramisu for Two” - amazing! The bartender was very nice and helpful. Location across from the park and NY Public Library was perfect. Great neighborhood - plenty of cafes, nicer restaurants, casual coffee shops, pharmacies, and clothing shopping. Stay here, you will not be disappointed!
