Liked: - Nice and clean appartment- Easy access to the beach- Friendly staff who kindly informed us about the savings by parking acroos the street.
Disliked: - Lots of noise 24/7 from Indian Creek Drive- Extremely expensive parking at the hotel, compared to the cost of the public parking just across the street.

Nice hotel - bad after...

Liked: Clean, spacious..... nice staff... not too far from the beach... there's a free beach trolley that goes from opposite the hotel all the way down the central Miami South Beach.Shops & cafés close by... would have preferred the pool to be open later it closes at 8, which I think would have been nice till 10 to experience night swimming.
Disliked: We visited alongside our friends & our deposit was taken on my friends husbands card (who I'd not met until this trip) upon leaving I thought the checkout was at 12... then realised it was actually at 11!! Which meant me & 3 kids had to SCRAMBLE out of the room to allow housekeeping in. I also forgot there were dishes in the sink & food in fridge & garbage in the bin.... as i was rushed, it totally slipped my mind! My FRIENDS husband was charged a fee for us leaving our dishes in the sink!! He was also sent a message from the hotel commenting at the "very dirty" state the room was left in.... I suffer from an autoimmune disease, which leaves me with forgetfulness & I was treated abruptly when messaging the hotel because I forgot to do the dishes... so I asked them to please refund him (as I do not even know him) & charge me the fine for washing the dishes instead... I was told they will not refund & its down to booking.com to sort that out, not them. I will not be returning as I felt discriminated against & believe they need to sort out their customer service!!

Liked: Our second stay at this hotel, very clean and spacious rooms with great location.
Disliked: This time we got a room with a terrible noice probably from air conditioning downstairs. It was very disturbing specially during nighttime….
