Liked: Close to train and light rail is the only positive to this hotel
Disliked: Very overpriced for what you got. Room felt old. Bathroom very small. Extremely noisy both inside and outside. Messy with bags of linen and rubbish left in hallway throughout day.

Disliked: The room was extremely noisy with jackhammers going until 12:30am. The TV also did not work, however management did reduce to cost of my stay and tried their beat to resolve problem.

A good hotel - reasonably...

Liked: Reasonably priced hotel however in my opinion it is due for a renovation. Good location - short walk to Town Hall Station and a thirty-minute walk to the Opera House.
Disliked: Bathrooms need some attention. Mould showing in some of the grouting. A bathmat would have been appreciated.

Disliked: The fact that they had city and station works and there was constant drilling into the early hours of the morning and as a light sleeper i didn’t get a proper sleep for 3 nights. The discount that was offered should have been more.
