Disliked: Sheets were dirty Parking expensive at £24 - booked via reception and still had to call to rectify issue as gates stated outstanding charge of £15Lumpy bed! Exec room was two single beds combined

Luxury hotel in the heart...

Liked: The Park Regis is a stunning hotel in the centre of Birmingham offering luxury and comfort.The staff are extremely professional, friendly and helpful.The rooms are clean and comfortable and I would definitely stay again.Plus, the location is perfect to explore Birmingham city centre.
Disliked: The only thing I would suggest is the price of the car park. Seeing as it's named as the Park Regis car park, you still have to pay another £25 per night to park there! This should be part of the price.

Disliked: The room was unbearably hot and the air-conditioning was not working. Had to sleep with fan on which has made me ill, left the hotel on Sunday and still ill now.

Disliked: Overall the hotel was ok for the price, however the Internet was very slow and kept dropping out.
