Spoilt by awful customer service...

Disliked: Terrible customer service , horrendous room service don’t even bother to ask for breakfast delivered they don’t pick up your order anyway and then you get ignored and fobbed off . When it arrived 15 mins before check out it was the wrong order and it was disgusting and cold and who actually serves 1/4 of a black pudding !!! Then tried to complain again and no one cared with no apology totally ripped off you wouldn’t accept it anywhere else

Brilliant stay!

Liked: Beautiful hotel, perfect location for us, group of us stayed for a comedy show and all were happy with the hotel. Bar was great! Breakfast was amazing! Only issue we had was a couple of rooms struggled with air con (had we have stayed longer than 1 night we would have mentioned to reception) and the restaurant at breakfast seemed extremely warm room temperature wise but minor issues which didn’t take away from the stay. Definitely recommend!!

Liked: Very good beautiful hotel lady on reception was absolutely fab didnt get her name but she had long straight hair she was absolutely brilliant . Thank you again will deffo be back!

Liked: Perfect location and easy parking on site. Very clean and staff very welcoming. Breakfast was 10 out of 10
Disliked: Room nearest the lift was noise throughout the night but didn’t spoil the stay

Overnight stay in Birmingham City...

Liked: Lovely spacious rooms with comfortable beds. The room was very clean and had coffee/tea making facilities as well as plenty towels and robes. Very good shower with good pressure and hot water. Breakfast was delicious lots of variety. Would recommend to family and friends, will definitely stay again
