Very pleasant, would stay again...

Liked: The meal in the restaurant was exceptional.We had 3 courses and they were all as good as any Chinese meal had anywhere.The service was also very good and friendly.

Disliked: No map on where restaurants pool ect is located Being charged an extra $120 security bond on arrival, we paid $283 for the night and booked months ago but when I checked on the day of arrival they were selling for $190, was locked out at night swipe cards didn’t work to get back in after hours, I don’t think we were the only guests as we heard banging on the door throughout the night,

Liked: Great room, spacious, good location. Fantastic restaurant. Comfortable beds and pillows. Great toiletries/amenities.
Disliked: Pool was small and unsure about hygiene. Would’ve been good to offer a breakfast package with the family room. Kettle had noodles in it.

Bitterly disappointing

Liked: It is modern, clean and comfortable.
Disliked: We pre-paid for a Continental Queen Twin room specifically for the advertised floor to ceiling windowsr, private balcony and ‘luxury walk in shower’ with a rain style shower rose in the photos.We were put in a room with a triangle window, sealed shut, overlooking a large expanse of roof with a chimney in front of it. When I asked for a room with the features we had paid for they said not all Continental Queen rooms had a balcony and none was available. When I showed my booking and told them this was false advertising they shrugged and said nothing could be done. There was no offer of an upgrade, partial refund or even an apology. We later discovered the ‘luxury’ shower had been disabled and was a normal wall mounted shower in a big bathroom. And when they removed our used towels, they were not replaced until specifically requested.It our a dampener on our whole weekend. An absolute disgrace!
