Generally very good, but the little things do matter. Very good position by that river.

Liked: Nice room; comfy bed and good food.
Disliked: Maybe it's a result of Covid but bedmaking was not on the menu and room goodies like tea, coffee and milk were not replenished unless specifically requested.

Spacious, quality place to stay...

Liked: I was not expecting much for a Central London location but I was stunned.1. Room size: as I often travel with my family we are often used to smaller rooms that feel a bit cramped. The family studio we had was HUGE! Much more than what we expected. I love that the "living room" (sleeping sofa) is separated from the "bedroom" (king bed) by a bathroom - it gave a sense of privacy2. Microwave and mini fridge in room with plates & ustensils - not a kitchenette yet very helpful to keep our snacks and drinks in room3. The pool: beautiful, clean, well maintained with bookable slots so it's never too crowded. Our kids loved it4. service: the hotel personnel was always extremely responsive and helpful. Our needs were always met within minutes from the comfortbof our room thanks to the whatsapp chat5. Location: Right out of Westminster bridge. Walkable distance to absolutely everything and Waterloo station just a few minute walk away. Coukdn't be better!6. Free umbrella rental for 48hrs - There are 2 umbrella rental machines in the hotel. Minor detail but much appreciated touch as it was raining/snowing a few days during our stay
Disliked: Minor detail but it did not seem that cleaning was done under the sleeping couch in the living room area. The living room tv remote and some tissues and couple of other trash were found underneath.
