Generally very good, but the little things do matter. Very good position by that river.

Liked: Nice room; comfy bed and good food.
Disliked: Maybe it's a result of Covid but bedmaking was not on the menu and room goodies like tea, coffee and milk were not replenished unless specifically requested.

Very enjoyable stay

Liked: Quiet and spacious room. Super comfy large bed. The majority of the staff and all the breakfast staff were very helpful and friendly. Perfect location for visiting St Thomas's hospital.
Disliked: The man inside the entrance was barely helpful and disinterested. No flannels. As a vegetarian it would have been nice to have mushrooms as a choice for breakfast.

The best option in London.

Liked: The best option in London. You lay down on your super comfy bed and the river Thames and the Big Ben is just in your sight. The staff are supper nice and helpful, the breakfast is just amazing.

Liked: Another great stay at the Park Plaza - Westminster. Staff are so friendly and the rooms are amazing. Love the cocktail lounge area. The prawn tempura is incredible.

Liked: We got upgraded from studio to studio with big Ben view. One of the most beautiful view we ever stay. The staff is helpful.the location is superb. Although it is pricey, I think it's really worth it.
Disliked: The room is not clean enough. There are some dirts on the carpet. The breakfast is not worth the price.
