Generally very good, but the little things do matter. Very good position by that river.

Liked: Nice room; comfy bed and good food.
Disliked: Maybe it's a result of Covid but bedmaking was not on the menu and room goodies like tea, coffee and milk were not replenished unless specifically requested.

Liked: The Park Plaza Westminster Bridge is reliable. In a great location, nicely appointed and very well soundproofed rooms, and with a well organised breakfast.
Disliked: It bores me when hotels want to find out all your personal details at check-in because you booked on Booking.comIts a pretty faceless hotel - you could be anywhere in the world, but I dont mind that.
