Liked: Very good location, it’s on the same road as Wicked you can see Victoria train station as you walk out the front of the hotel. Very clean room, it was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was nice and spacious. Very good TV choices you can buy new films at a price as well as normal tv.
Disliked: I only have one negative and it was from 9am there was drilling and hammering on the 6th floor and sounded like it was next door. So I was looking forward to a lay-in but didn’t get one. I understand rooms need maintenance but maybe don’t book the room out next door to the room having maintenance.

Liked: Rooms need a long mirror for people who are getting ready to go to special occasions and better lighting

Liked: Very modern hotel and well located from Victoria underground. Hotel were happy offering a bag drop service
Disliked: The extra bed would not be suitable for children older than 8-9yrs old as it is a fold out arm chair.
