Great hotel with Great staff

Liked: we booked the family rooms connecting rooms. spacious , 2 tvs, very clean, modern, towels ,bathrobes, slippers provided .Hotel staff were lovely polite ,booked taxis for us no problem,Reception were extremely helpful with little tips of surrounding areas .Housekeeping daily ,Breakfast was amazing choice and so delicious ,great value for money.Hotel in a prime position so close to the train station ,massive mall old utrecht is lovely .Utrecht people were so kind pleasant Would definitely return here Thankyou park plaza for welcoming us and making our stay enjoyable .

An excellent hotel ideally located...

Liked: It’s a nice roomy hotel. Everything works, the rooms have a very good shower and bathroom. The beds are excellent.
Disliked: It was absolutely fine. Perhaps it’s getting a little tired and older as a hotel, but this didn’t matter to me.

A comfortable and convenient stay

Liked: We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, and the location was very convenient for transit and sightseeing. Despite some outside noise, the hotel’s central setting made it a great base for exploring. I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning.
Disliked: My stay was very comfortable, but a few issues stood out. The room lacked basic amenities like shampoo and additional capsule of caffeinated coffee, which would have been convenient. Noise was also a factor, with the hotel close to a train station, tram lines, and construction. Light sleepers may want to request a quieter room or bring earplugs.
