Disliked: How can a hotel room in 2024 not have ANY power plug for the client? You propose a water boiler that one has to plug in the bathroom. To plug the cell phone one has to unplug a lamp. To plug an additional computer, one has to unplug another lamp or the TV so you can work in the dark…really?Even if this is a construction error, you should at least offer multi-outlet sockets…And don’t tell me they’re ‘a bit hidden’, there just aren’t any. I’ve looked everywhere. Where didn’t I look,…under the carpet maybe?

Very Nice Hotel, Great Location!

Liked: The staff were helpful from the moment we stepped inside the hotel. The restaurant staff were particularly kind and professional. The rooms were small but neat. I appreciated that everything was clean.
Disliked: The only outlets in the room (USB and otherwise) were located in the corner of a table next to the window, too far from the bed for a C-pap machine, or charging any devices you might want to keep close. The beds were pretty hard. I’m not sure how many consecutive nights I could’ve slept on them before it started to hurt. But fine for a single night.

Disliked: Plaza should have a 2 or 3 star rating, nothing more. I had a problem but there was no hotel manager to discuss with.In our room there are about 200 TV channels , only half of them working and only one not in German.There was no internet connexion for my laptop in the room.There was not a single paper with some information in our room
