Disliked: I reserved a room for 2 nights, when I arrived the room was not as described (only 1 bed, not 2…we had 3 adults in the group). The staff put us in a larger room for the night, told us there would be no additional charge, and they would find a solution for the next night as well. After packing up and being ready to switch rooms or move hotels if needed we were told that we could stay in the same room for the original rate. After checking out and receiving the bill by email later that day it turns out I was charged 3X the rate I reserved the room for. I have called the property several times to discuss the bill and none of my calls have been returned.

The rooms were big, but...

Liked: The rooms are big, the kitchen is fully equipped. The lobby area had a lot of games. Close to the free shuttle to the ski lifts.
Disliked: No cleaning service - have to pay extra $12 (each bed)!! if we wanted to change the bed sheets. The room service is only available on Wednesdays and you have to request it 24 hour prior. No restaurant on site at all, no breakfast. The air was dry but when asked for humidifier (advertised by hotel) were told that there are none available. The whole hotel smells like chlorine because the lobby has indoor hot tub, open air, not separated by any doors.
