We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the PK Plaza, our 1st time here and hopefully not our last. One night stay for the Gladys Knight Farewell Tour 02/07/24. Luke has been a bonus to this hotel. I've dealt with him regarding several changes in my confirmation booking. He swiftly, professionally and with a friendly manner deals with any hiccups or rearranging with ease. The hotel is amazingly clean and modern, very comfortable and is in a prime location for all your city needs. Well done team, thanks from my sister and I. (Sunderland)

Liked: Cleanliness;warm, friendly staff and well situated in the city for everything one is interested in.
Disliked: Strange approach to underground hotel parking and accessing the entrance via an intercom buzzer, especially for senior citizens being newbies to the daunting city. Maybe a good call to highlight this to future clients that are not familiar with the hotel, especially from other UK cities.

Breakfast was excellent; hotel validated car park ticket so we only paid half price.

Does the job, clean and...

Liked: Nice and central, clean. Big car park nearby ( Broad marsh), complimentary tea and coffee.Mobile check seemed like a good idea until you got to the room and needed an actual key card to work the lights and electric. Walls are a bit thin. Other than that, friendly staff and clean. Certainly looks better than the travelodge a couple of doors down.

Liked: Lovely big comfortable room with a safe and a mini bar fridge. Staff very friendly, polite & helpful. Breakfast buffet excellent. Good central location. Will stay again if we visit Nottingham.

Superb

Liked: Rooms were clean and comfortable. Shower had good pressure. You are able to cast from your phone to the TV, meaning you can relax watching whatever you want (netflix, YouTube, Disney) whilst in the hotel, which was a nice feature.
Disliked: Tried using a digital key card and whilst it did work it was very temperamental

Liked: The beds were extremly comfy, and for no extra charge they decorated the room with swan towels, balloons and rose petals for my partners bday it was a lovely addition
Disliked: N/A
