We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the PK Plaza, our 1st time here and hopefully not our last. One night stay for the Gladys Knight Farewell Tour 02/07/24. Luke has been a bonus to this hotel. I've dealt with him regarding several changes in my confirmation booking. He swiftly, professionally and with a friendly manner deals with any hiccups or rearranging with ease. The hotel is amazingly clean and modern, very comfortable and is in a prime location for all your city needs. Well done team, thanks from my sister and I. (Sunderland)

Liked: Cleanliness;warm, friendly staff and well situated in the city for everything one is interested in.
Disliked: Strange approach to underground hotel parking and accessing the entrance via an intercom buzzer, especially for senior citizens being newbies to the daunting city. Maybe a good call to highlight this to future clients that are not familiar with the hotel, especially from other UK cities.

Disliked: Hotel car park was difficult to find, especially with all the building works going on and it was £20 per night which I thought was a little pricy!

Liked: The staff were soo lovely - we arrived before check in and instead of being told to wait we were quickly given a room that was ready. The hotel and room was spotlessly clean, the room size was great value for money and one of the most comfortable hotel beds we have ever slept in.
