Our stay was amazing.

Liked: The property was modern and clean. The room was very comfortable and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We used the spa and it was lovely.
Disliked: I would have loved a jacuzzi in spa and the swimming pool was a bit cold.

Liked: The staff is excellent.
Disliked: It is not clean, and everything is clean, it has not been recharged, and it was also booked for a birthday and no decorations or anything were provided. It was very bad.

Excellent hotel in a great...

Liked: Good location, great leisure facilities, lovely clean room, very comfortable bed.
Disliked: Bar closed at 10pm. We’d been out for a meal and would have liked a drink before going to bed,thought 10pm was a little early for a hotel bar.
