Amazing views, huge modern room,...

Liked: Amazing room. Huge bedroom and an adjoining lounge and kitchen. Views of houses of Parliament and London eye worth the money alone.

Disappointed

Liked: The staff were very nice when asked questions but not super proactive.
Disliked: 1. No maid service for 2 days of my stay and a leaking shower meant I ran out of towels 2. Breakfast is unbelievably busy, the chairs are huge so there is no room to manoeuvre and the layout is very weird getting a reasonable breakfast involved lots of wandering about. 3. They haven't updated the COVID protocols for the gym and the information suggests you have to book. You do not. 4. Lighting is done on a little tablet and it's really difficult to work out how to turn the light on at night.5. Hot! Minimum temperature is allegedly 16° but it was definitely hotter than that and it's not possible to get it any cooler.
