Liked: i thought my booking included breakfast however on arrival i was told i needed to pay extra for breakfast. i have no idea if this was me, booking.com or somewhere in the middle. the breakfasts were great though.
Disliked: while it was perfect for our needs being close to st thomas hospital, i dont think i would pick this hotel for a more pleasurable trip to london as it is a bit out of the way. the reception area gets extremely busy and crowded. it would be great if that whole area was a bit more brighter. it did feel a bit claustrophobic but the staff were great in checking us in pronto.

Liked: The property is ideally located close to a tube station and has fantastic views of the Thames and Westminster. The staff are so friendly and helpful and really made my stay enjoyable

Liked: Lovely location. Friendly helpful staff. Swimming pool. Great bed.
Disliked: Slow lifts. Key card didn’t work. Sent to a room that was already occupied. Then offered a river view room. Delighted. But dirty dishes in the dishwasher. No shower gel bath side. Food in the fridge.
