Very good

Liked: The room was comfortable- also having a fridge is always a bonus.
Disliked: Nothing to say. It was a comfortable stay. Right be the train station. Good for travelling into London.

It was comfy, staff was...

Liked: Nice location, aesthetically pretty.
Disliked: Eco friendly hotel which isn’t a bad thing. Just don’t expect to have your sheets changed daily

Exceptional

Liked: Room was clean, comfortable and above expectations. Staff were attentive on arrival and gave the children some treats which settled them down straight away.
Disliked: Limited car parking and at £18 per 24 hours not the cheapest but for London City prices to be expected.

Superb

Liked: Everything was excellent. Food, staff, location with no street noise. The room was spacious which I especially appreciated being in London.
