Liked: I don’t usually write a review but I could not fault this hotel we had a fantastic stay here!!

Liked: The hotel was really lovely and presented to a high standard. It looked luxury and staff were all very kind.
Disliked: We went to the restaurant for an evening meal, when it came to paying the bill we was told the price but not shown the bill. This was then entered into the car machine to be paid when it was paid we was then left the bill and saw that a 12.5% service charge (tip) was added to the bill. Service charges ate optional and for us we didn’t feel this was something we wanted to pay given the service was very very slow. The bed was also really hard it was like a brick wall and we both actually woke up in the morning with serve back pain.

Disliked: Only the constant bad piped music with different tracks played in large reception area - really distracting if trying to work - background music should be gentle and calming
