Very comfortable room; very convenient for train station; would stay there again.

Overall enjoyed the stay and very convenient location.

Liked: Good service; nice room.
Disliked: Slight noise in the morning as walls possibly thin.

I was awake until 5.30 in the morning from the lifts going up and down. Then was woken at 7.30am by the builders next door. Not good sleep when you're 6 months pregnant. Was glad to get home for some sleep which was a shame as the shopping trip went out of the window.

Good central hotel for a...

Liked: One night stay. Check in was easy. Staff were all good. Room comfy and clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast was very good. The only problem is the lifts. Went up and down several times before getting to where we needed to be. Frustrating. It was the same problem 2 years ago when we last visited. Otherwise a good experience.

Lovely stay in a great...

Liked: Location excellent. Room 1608 was so spacious and double aspect windows made the room so lovely and bright. So quiet too and really comfy beds.
Disliked: Glass bathroom door was a little strange - didn’t like that.
