Very comfortable room; very convenient for train station; would stay there again.

Overall enjoyed the stay and very convenient location.

Disliked: Slight noise in the morning as walls possibly thin.

I was awake until 5.30 in the morning from the lifts going up and down. Then was woken at 7.30am by the builders next door. Not good sleep when you're 6 months pregnant. Was glad to get home for some sleep which was a shame as the shopping trip went out of the window.

Lovely hotel but worst bed...

Liked: Perfect location and just a lovely clean hotel.
Disliked: The bed was in desperate need of replacing. Was the worst nights sleep I have ever had. I love a firm mattress but that, I may as well have been sleeping on a concrete block and it had sunk in the middle so you are constantly tensed up to try and stay on your side of the bed. I got up feeling like I had been beaten from head to toe.

Liked: Really good location. Very close to the station. Short walk to anywhere you would expect to want to see in Leeds city centre. Good breakfast selection. Friendly polite staff.
Disliked: Some noise from revellers in the street, early in the morning. We travelled by train, so didn't really check, but parking didn't look to be available close by.
