Liked: Staff was nice. Bed was comfty. Water pressure in shower was great. Location was awesome too.
Disliked: AC could have worked better. We had to get an iron and board from the front desk and they were very outdated. Very small ironing board. Alcohol in the room was very overpriced. Loud street noise at 2am when bars were closing was crazy too.

Very poor

Liked: I reserved for two nights and had to check out the next day. There wasn't any bottled water, ice or frig to stock up for the stay. This in itself would not have been such a problem if the hotel offered any consumable, anything, on the premise, not even ice or water. Since I am unable to walk on my own, this is a problem. Worst still, the handicapped bathroom consisted of one grab bar within a tub at least 24 inches deep.I knew the hotel could not refund me the second night stay, I booked a new reservation with Booking, for the second night since the hotel could not give me a refund.I booked with Booking hoping a credit could be applied for any future stay.Your cooperation will be greatly appreciated.Sincerely,Rafael Roman

Hotel is ideally located, pleasant...

Liked: The location in downtown Winter Park is ideal.
Disliked: The property is very old and dated. Our room was incredibly small. Furniture is clean but dated. Bathroom cramped.

Liked: Room was a step back in time.
Disliked: Room, staff, balcony

We had enjoyed severals stays...

Liked: Location is still terrific. Close to park and downtown.
Disliked: Did not clean the room, even though had the "please clean" sign on door when we left at 10am. When we returned to uncleaned room in the evening, the front desk said they could do nothing, but would give us a $40 rebate in the morning.Next morning, manager said she knew nothing about this promise and was very rude. When we asked about the continental breakfast mentioned in your write up, they said they had not done that in years. Windows were filthy, so could not enjoy view of the park.

Disappointing

Liked: Location, right in the town center, convenient to other parts of orlando
Disliked: The place is very old. TV must be 20 years old. No shower stall, on;y a narrow bathtub. Walls are paper thein, poor wifi.the only amenity was coffee in the morning
