Liked: Good place to spend a couple of days and relax. Warm pool, big rooms, big play room, gym. Parking onsite.
Disliked: The room was not really clean. Breakfast with really small choice

Liked: I was able to check-in way earlier than I expected, and it really allowed me to rest after a hard night trip. Thanks again to the nice lady at the welcome desk.I also enjoyed the pool and the sauna in the evening. Another big plus, it's the possibility to get food delivered directly to the hotel.

Liked: Friendly staff, they gave us an upgrade for free. Very clean apartment, luxurious and location is very near the city centre and Eindhoven Centraal. Definitely recommended

Liked: The location of the hotel was very good, close to everything we needed. Also the breakfast was really good.
Disliked: No idications were provided for the cleaning services in the room.I didn't like that they didn't change the towels on the 2nd day of our stay and that they forgot to provide us one of the towels on our arrival. Also they did not provide any slippers and bathrobes in the room, we had to ask for them.

Disliked: Found out that the tv was not working, got a room change from reception to another room. Smoothly arranged and solved.
