Liked: Brilliant location and facilities. The staff were very helpful and gave us a free bottle of wine.
Disliked: Sofa bed mattress was quite uncomfortable

Absolutely amazing, would definitely recommend...

Liked: I loved the floor to ceiling windows. The bathroom was luxurious and kitted out with plenty of shampoo, conditioner and body wash of really good quality. Plenty of towels, big TV in the lounge area. So central and so close to the underground that you can get anywhere in under 40 minutes. Staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Room service food was amazing and a large menu so lots of choice and food for everyone, no matter how late in the night. Easy to check in and out. Felt really safe and comfortable. Definitely contributed to this holiday being one to remember.
Disliked: The only thing I would comment on is the air conditioning in the room. I’m aware it’s winter however the room would be 20 degrees at night which was way too hot for us and we kept adjusting the air conditioning on the control panel in the bedroom and the heat wouldn’t go down at all.

Liked: The staff were helpful and exceptionally friendly. We had one issue with our room which was speedily dealt with. We had a sofa in our room where we could have a private catch up with our family to exchange presents which was a bonus.

Liked: to be honestly truthful the photos are very very deceiving on your website, even the dinner/breakfast restaurant was small and nothing as expected.
Disliked: I booked an executive room but honestly was soooo disappointed, please tell me why the sofa area had a small TV only in the corner and not in the centre like advertised like who even will pick a room like that when you can't enjoy social time with your husband together on the sofa. it said city view I was expecting a nice view at least but we open the curtains and see the Train tracks I mean who the hell will pay for city view and want to see train tracks. I cried as this was meant to be a surprise for my husband's bday, literally traveled for the first time in 8 year expected too much from this hotel and never made a wrong judegemet can't believe booking.com actually put up such a different photo to what was given. so disappointed I even wanted to leave as this hotel was much smaller than advertised and same price as a hotel.in canary wharf.
