Lovely Swimming pool

Liked: Close to the shops and transport,loved the swimming pool,very clean and comfortable room sunday lunch was delicious
Disliked: The room was cold,but warm enough using the heater supplied

Liked: Room was amazing, huge bed, breakfast was superb and the main reason we stay there, location is right where we needed to be in Cardiff.
Disliked: Nothing it was great

Disliked: When I booked it was meant to be a superior double however when getting there we had a standard double. The bed creaked everytime you moved.

Liked: Location is great, pool and steam room area is lovely not too busy. Rooms are a lovely size comfy beds

Disliked: Room was messy when arrived bed an sheets was dirty with hair in, the bathroom had toothpaste an make-up stains over taps and basin area all cups given were dirty , after attending your facilities with in 24 hours after check out i was rushed into hospital not very happy about this as have to be on lots antibiotics now would like something done about this

Ridiculously Expensive for a Mediocre...

Liked: The location of the hotel was good. The bar was good fun.
Disliked: The hotel reception area was dark & dreary. I had to change rooms 3 times before I found a suitable one. Room 419 had no phone or wifi coverage and had a disabled bathroom.
