We love it overall and...

Liked: The location, the helpfulness and professionalism of staff, the rooms, the little bar.. stayed a few times and feel very comfortable
Disliked: The rooms are cleaned when asked but they don’t clean the cups which after a few teas it’s hard to clean in sink without dish wash.. I am sure we could afk and they would bring clean ones but it would be nice to do as standard.. there were no dressing g gowns available even though we were in a room where they advertise as supplied

Great stay for solo traveller

Liked: Great property with spacious rooms and centrally located. Close by Ku’damm (shopping street) and many restaurants.

Comfortable stay in the center...

Liked: The room and bed were very comfortable. The staff were very nice and helpful. The location of the hotel was central. We had a comfortable stay.
