Park Plaza Amsterdam Airport

Liked: Excellent service from reception staff. I got an upgrade of the room which was outstanding. A pity the stay was only for one night, would have liked to spend more nights in this hotel. Could not enjoy the breakfast as I had to be on the airport at 05:30 AM. Punctual departure/arrival of the shuttle bus from and to airport. In general all services were excellent.

Excellent for a short stay...

Liked: The shuttle bus was helpful. The bed was very comfortable.The reception staff were very helpful.
Disliked: It is about a 10-15 minute walk to the tram stop.Our main issues were with the food and restaurant.The restaurant menu isn’t that big.The food voucher we got didn’t cover breakfast.The menu said drinks were complimentary but we were charged because apparently it’s a KLM customer thing.I just think the whole restaurant situation spoiled the experience. It’s like it was ran by someone separate from the hotel.

Comfortable and very pleasant

Liked: The staff were fantastic. So warm and welcoming. Free parking, close to the airport and everyone was great with my children, especially Izabela at breakfast.

Disliked: The shower body wash was empty and the shower drain wss very slow to the point it came close to overflowing.

Liked: I want to register my enormous gratitude to this hotel, my flight was delayed and I missed my connecting flight to Brazil, what KLM didn't do, this hotel did everything!My friend and I arrived exhausted after spending 7 hours inside the airport trying to understand what they were going to do with us (if we were going to Brazil the next day or the same day) we decided to book this Hotel because it was close, they offered us complimentary dinner, and in the morning when I needed a toothbrush they offered me a small bag with everything I needed , absolutely everyone was friendly and very helpful, dinner and breakfast were great, large room, clean bed and great shower. I recommend anyone who has to stay near the airport to stay at this hotel.
