Liked: Liked the location and the Eataly food area and La La Noodle. Also, the fitness and spa facilities were decent, although the use of steam, sauna, and spa was extremely expensive.Disliked the lack of in-room facilities such as fridge and tea/coffee making. No extras whatsoever provided - not even bottled water. Everything came at an exorbitant price.The "upgrade" to strip view was laughable - we looked out over a concrete area with some hotels visible in the background.Air-conditioning was poor, with cold air circulation problematic. We reported it several times, and on our last evening, a service person visited and said it was fine. The Service Manager, Ed, came and agreed it was not functioning properly and gave us a meal voucher.We did receive some credits from the reception for the unresponsive service regarding air conditioning, but the poor sleep we experienced in a stuffy room was frustrating.

Nice hotel with overpriced food.

Liked: The hotel was very nice and clean. The room was big and spacious and clean. Many restaurants but few choices for breakfast. And most food was overpriced. The least expensive and good food was found at The Sports Bar restaurant. Eataly was way overpriced as well as Primrose. Amenities like the pool were very nice. Also easy to get around by taxi and private ride services, as well as the Tram.
