Great hotel, will come afain

Liked: new room. with one of the best bed, new casino. great eataly food court. Close to main street and main attractions
Disliked: no free snacks and water. there was a constant noise from the ventilation, however AC was turned off.

Staff is so rude ,...

Disliked: Staff is so rude an African American lady didn’t have a name tag, I arrive around 2:45am I had a flight delay she said system was rebooting and I have to wait 15 min! And she will look for me on 15 min, I went after 15 min to the counter again , she said it was 30 a 40 min and she wasn’t gonna go back and forth with me, she was so rude to me ! I wait over an hour I notice she was already helping another guest and never look for me , I went to the counter again, another lady help me and she said they don’t have a room for me because I was doing a late check in , how is that I don’t have a reservation if I made one , is not my fault checking in late when I had a flight delay, how is there’s no rooms? If I made a reservation , it was already 4:15am when they gave me a room, after telling her that I made a reservation , plus the African American lady was yelling to a 67 year old lady how can you guys have an employee that does that to your guest!! I’m not happy at all with your customer service you should train your people to treat customer right and do not give out your room to someone else if you have a reservation already made! At least make a phone call to the guest and find out if we’re going to show up, I had my daughter waiting in your lobby sleeping for almost 2 hours because of your system and also because they didn’t want to gave a room , that isn’t acceptable!! Plus they over charge me , I book my room thru booking and they gave me a different total and your charging me extra!!

Disliked: The pool was closed

It was ok.

Liked: The location is good and Eataly is a plus.
Disliked: The floor in the room hadn’t been vacuumed during our stay or prior to it based on the dust ball that never left during our stay. And our door didn’t lock when it closed. Unless you put a shoulder into it. Had to have their locksmith come fix it. But it was unnerving to come back to our room one afternoon and push the door open without the use of a key.

Liked: The overall design was beautiful, the room was great, location was perfect, and food was excellent.
Disliked: Some of the lines at eataly were really long and slow moving.
