Liked: It is convenient, the bed and cushions are very comfortable and we had a great view. I enjoyed saying hi to the cleaners as they were always very friendly. I was especially impressed with Lilianna. I just said hi the one day and she asked what room and if she can clean it. The next day on my way out she remembered me and the room number. Very impressive.
Disliked: There were no water refill stations except in the gym. There was no coffee or anything like that in the room except the snack bar where we could buy stuff.

Disliked: Although Park MGM is 'pet friendly' the 'special area' outside is very small, and no pet pads were available for accidents. Luckily we did not have any need for them.
