Lovely stay! Will book again!

Liked: Very nice property and great value. Prime location near stores, various eateries and the thruway. Will stay here again.
Disliked: Would love a refundable option (vs nonrefundable) - just because our plans change often - the nature of our travel.

Liked: The property was clean, nicely decorated, and the staff were very polite and helpful. My husband loved having coffee available 24/7.
Disliked: The pillows were hard.

Liked: Nice big clean room with a comfortable bed and pillows. Free parking. There is a restaurant on the ground floor, you can eat without going outside.
Disliked: Lack of breakfast. We took a deposit of $ 150 upon check-in, the deposit has not been refunded for more than 10 days, it does not respond to my calls and emails. It is this kind of inappropriate behavior of the hotel that makes me write a bad review. I am not ready to pay $85+$150 for the room (deposit) for a total of $235.
