Liked: It's clean and quiet
Disliked: That we had to change rooms because the pipes were leaking into the main area

Liked: Size of the suits room & bed was very comfortable & clean..
Disliked: Furniture is out dated & ran down in the suite rooms. Definitely concerning regarding how it's maintained & repaired especially how much u paying for the room. Everything should be in suite Statues & up to par. Bathroom shower square tiles or very dirty & need better cleaning & attention. stains on the ceiling wall in bathroom unexcusable. Spa bath tub handle broken including dishes washer in the kitchen @room 413 heater room 313 out of service but they did provide me a small space heater but not effective. . been here plenty of times in standerd rooms & premium rooms & they seem to be decent & okay.

Decent stay that knight untill...

Liked: Comfort of the bed & space. Staff are polite , front test service made sore I had towels & other items if needed..house keeping is good & ok. Hall ways very clean & always smell great. Lobby looks amazing with the Xmas decorations & tree. Out side entrance with the lights @ knight just beautiful
Disliked: Next door room was very load blasting music after 11 pm , Ive been here plenty of times & I've never experienced any problems until now, the walls I've noticed or very thin. Bathroom stopper to spa bath was broken , Ive mentioned it but it wasn't addressed..shower could of used better cleaning with square tiles & corners of the shower. Ice machine on the 4 floor has been broken for a while now. Very small microwave in the lobby, could us 2 more to speed up wait Time wish they had them in the rooms . Room rug could use a shampoo wash had a smelly feet smell oder to it. Just could use some Minor fixes here & there.

Would stay again.

Disliked: Fridge didn’t get/keep items cold.

It was a bit disappointing

Liked: The staff was great. The first night I stayed there the elevator was broken so I was forced to walk up to the third floor with all my stuff (I have bad knees). I then had to walk down the length of the floor, which wreaked of pot (in a no smoking hotel?). The room was okay - very dimly lit, but the bed was comfortable. By the end of the night I could even smell pot in my room. The next day the elevator was fixed, and the hallway smelled better, so this day/night was better.
Disliked: Lighting in room, enforce the no smoking policy.
