Liked: The location is great and the views of Central Park from the upper floors are wonderful
Disliked: The TV didn't work and we had to keep calling maintenance every day to fix it. Clearly, they only did a quick fix rather than replace the frayed cable. A package with medicine was mailed to the hotel and we were told it would be delivered to our room. Five hours later we were still trying to track down where it was and why it had not been sent to our room. We had to contact multiple people to get this resolved. Very aggravating.Seems this is a very busy hotel, and they have trouble with keeping up with the details of importance to guests.

Liked: Excellent location.
Disliked: Rooms very dated, shower in the bath for example. And breakfast/drinks shockingly expensive
