Great place to stay

Liked: Very great location, nice hotel and big rooms for NYC. Staff was also very friendly, great hotel bar & great view over Central Park from the rooftop.
Disliked: The 75$ p Person Breakfast at the rooftop restaurant isn’t really worth it, even though the view is very nice (buffet breakfast with few choices for the price) - maybe it’s better in summer, in winter it was freezing cold.

Disliked: Super happy apart from the queues to get to the rooftop bar, in our 4 nights we didn’t manage to get in once. Also the price of tea and coffee in the bar, to take back to your room with is very expensive. We paid Around £12 per drink! Which was served in a a paper takeaway cup.

Disliked: Everything could’ve been better, it’s always crowded inside the lobby. Doesn't give a 4 star hotel vibes honestly, there were no security near the elevators the first two days we first arrived, and anyone could enter the hotel and press buttons for whatever floor they want without the room card. Also, another issue that made me furious is the cleaning staff were knocking on my door at 10:30 AM, while i had the do not disturb sign on the door asking when am i leaving so she can clean the room, so unprofessional for a 4 star hotel. The rooms are so small and depressing, don’t get me started with the small toilet, it was horrible! Since it was super cold in NYC, the toilets were super cold. They didn’t accommodate the weather with the rooms. It was an unpleasant 4 day experience at this hotel. Never recommending it to anyone from my side, there are more professional hotels around town.
