Comfortable stay in safe and...

Liked: The location was great and safe, a few minutes walk from Gloucester Road tube station which conveniently sits on two lines. Staff are super friendly and go above and beyond to help with our requests. Room is clean and beds are comfortable.
Disliked: Room is a bit on the smaller side but maybe expected in a location like London city.

Needs maintenance

Liked: Great location
Disliked: Our room no 21 had alot of maintenance needed. Cracks above the light switch next to the bed. Mold in the bathroom on the shower rail. A burn on the carpet.

Cozy stay in Kensington

Liked: We arrived quite early before check in time. I had asked if an early check in was possible and when we got there, our room was ready. How wonderful it was! We were welcomed so friendly. The room was much bigger than I had expected, thankfully. All necessities were in place, even iron and ironing table. The room was cleaned every day, garbage removed, sheets and towels changed. The bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and absolutely adequate. The staff have always been so helpful and friendly with true smiles on their faces. The check out was also so fast. On two days of our stay we had daily tours from London. I had asked if they could prepare sandwiches for the way. They prepared a nice snack with comfort food, fruit and even juice. I really appreciate the staff's thoughtfulness and kindness. Such a gesture! We had a great stay. Really appreciate!
Disliked: The furniture was a little bit older but fonctioned normally.

Spacious, great location and friendly...

Liked: Great location 5 mins from Gloucester Road tube a d easy access to lots of bars, restaurants and shops. Staff were super friendly. I was upgraded to a suite which was vast and beautiful!

great economy hotel in fantastic...

Liked: Location was fantastic short walk to Gloucester Rd tube station, coffee shops bars and restaurants all close by.
Disliked: Hotel was a little dated, smell of damp in hallways but room was clean, comfortable and bathroom was modern and all that you.needed
