Doubts with Choice quality and...

Liked: Didn’t serve anything. Was listed as a amenity on the listing.
Disliked: Mix up on the 2 day reservation, booked 2 days. Got called on day 2 telling me our belongings would be removed from the room by 3:00 if it wasn’t paid for. Two hours from the hotel. I offered a credit card and they wouldn’t take it over the phone. Called Booking.com and lined it up and the hotel still couldn’t process it. Made for a stressful day of vacation. Took the credit card and ID the night of check in. Also, caused a free night of using our points. Choice has us not wanting to continue doing business with them.

It was disappointing because of...

Liked: There was no breakfast. Your website said there was breakfast. We had to go out and spend $47 on 2 breakfasts.
Disliked: The faucet squirted all over one when turned on. We reported it to maintenance, but it was not fixed.

Liked: i had gotten sick during my travel home and stopped to rest for a few hours. I needed a hot hot bath and a nap till I felt well enough to drive. The location and price is why I picked this place.
Disliked: There was literally no hot water the whole time. lukewarm at best. bed incredibly uncomfortable

Liked: Parking convenient
Disliked: As we were approaching the office to check in, associate run and locked the office for a 30 minutes break; also at checkout out she locked the door when she saw us approaching for 5 minutes or so.

Unpleasant….

Liked: No breakfast, even though as per your website there was supposed to be one. Location was good.
Disliked: Size of the room, extremely small for two full sized beds. Everything was old and in need of refurbishing. The room keys needed to be programmed every day to function.
