Disliked: The desk clerk looked like someone from the Adams Family. I couldn't understand what he was saying. The first room he gave me was obviously in transition. No refrigerator, microwave, bathroom fan hanging out of the wall, towels rack torn out of the wall, no towels, no king-size bed, and the room reeks of cigarette smoke. After complaining to him and listening to his undecipherable muttering he gave me another room that was correct and clean. The mattress sitting on a flat platform is a bad idea as it is constantly moving.

Liked: Maria the housekeeper was very good. She was friendly and my room was clean. Love her!!

Disliked: The room was dirty. The sheets had hair on them the bedspread had holes in it. Looked like illegal activities were going on.

Liked: How easy it was to book the room
Disliked: The staff not knocking at 9am asking when we're departing, or just walking in at 1030 without knocking while my spouse was changing. We felt rushed to leave

Disliked: Pictures online are very deceiving run down old rooms not clean almost feels like it’s abandon

Liked: My crew arrived for their stay this location and was extremely disappointed. The rooms were gross! There was blood, urine, and hair all over the mattress, floor, and walls. The management on site were rude and refused to provide us with a refund.
Disliked: The whole situation was horrible.

Liked: The pool was open and it was hot outside.
Disliked: They currently only have one housekeeper and the room was very poorly cleaned. Recently purchased. Not yet up to Park Inn standards. Still basically a run down hotel. Photos are when we put a black light on the bathroom and our in room mirror.
