Very uppsetting

Disliked: The main reason I rented motel was to sleep and shower. No hot water. Staff did not say there was no hot water before I payed or I would not have. Staff would not refund or comp. No hot water is health and safety issue. I was offered 10% on next stay. I want to be comped a room or given a refund as staff knew ahead of time no hot water! I did not get what I was promised and paid for so I am untitled a refund. I believe a full refund is appropriate however I would except 50% but15% of next stay is unacceptable. Doubtful there will be a next time with this treatment.

Worst hotel I have ever...

Disliked: Super dirty my first room had sticky nasty floors, blood on the wall, spiders everywhere looked like it hadn’t even been cleaned so requested a new room this one was just as bad again sticky floors, dirty walls, drywall around the tub was crumbling, mold on the sink and hair and dirt on the bed, it literally had a cheeto on the ground. I went to request a CLEAN room my key card was taken and then I was told they would not be offering me another room even though I showed them pictures of the grossness. I was there for about 30 minutes all together and they refused to refund me saying that housekeeping checked and the beds and showers were used! That was the exact thing I thought too but not by me in my 30 minutes on the property. I think the health department needs to be involved due to blood and mold in multiple places and the fact that they refused a clean room and would not refund me should be criminal.

Liked: It was quiet and pool was working nice staff
Disliked: The room was dirty there was white powder all along the window seal. there was also holes in our bathroom door.

What a refund

Liked: Where it was located and that was.it.
Disliked: 1. Spiders on the walls.2. The heater didn't work, and there was a sheet and a light blanket. When we called for another blanket, they said they didn't have any.3. There was some kind of red liquard all over the bathroom floor that was sticky. And we had no towels. Again, when we called the front desk and told them we had no towels, they said, "That's impossible," and we never received any. When we went to complain to the front desk my wife was told "the manager is not here" so she said then I will get ahold of Morel 6 Corpate Office she was told "We are not part of Motel 6 so go ahead a call them". I will never stay at that Motel 6 again.

Under construction doesn’t mean rooms...

Liked: Food within walking distance, size of room, water pressure
Disliked: No towels one per room, room was very dirty, pubic hair every where, ring in tub, beds are not very comfortable, no ice machine, no microwave, or coffee maker in room, WiFi was spotting, during our stay the entire property had a power outage. Under construction does negate the need for clean rooms and towels
