Complained to reception, received 2 new towels but still didn’t fill the conditioner bottle.

Disliked: Mucky Towels on arrival and no conditioner filled in bottle in shower.

I am in a wheelchair and the automatic door was out of order so me and my husband had to negotiate a revolving door, with a small suitcase. Even leaving the case in the lobby, it was very difficult fitting in me in the chair and my husband.

Liked: Lovely wet room; comfy bed; good pillows; good coffee.
Disliked: Dirty stained carpet.

Liked: I travelled with my Daughter to see Teddy Swims at the CO-OP LIve. Surprisingly easy to get there by tram but found the short walk from the tram station to the hotel was a little un nerving late at night for two ladies walking alone. Taxi driver refused to drop us the short drive to the hotel because is wasn't worth the his while , more important than our safety.
Disliked: Rooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable. We did find that we had to choose who was having the hotel chocolate ,tea or coffee as there was only one choice for 2 people
