Complained to reception, received 2 new towels but still didn’t fill the conditioner bottle.

Disliked: Mucky Towels on arrival and no conditioner filled in bottle in shower.

I am in a wheelchair and the automatic door was out of order so me and my husband had to negotiate a revolving door, with a small suitcase. Even leaving the case in the lobby, it was very difficult fitting in me in the chair and my husband.

Liked: Lovely wet room; comfy bed; good pillows; good coffee.
Disliked: Dirty stained carpet.

Disliked: No enough staff on in reception ,,, sink completely blocked in bathroom ,, not clean sheets ,, two bathrobes in room to fit kids ,, two single beds pushed together pushed together , bed on rollers ,,, so as you can imagine bed moves away from wall ,,,

Disliked: The bar is ludicrously expensive - £18.50 for a glass of white wine is obscene. Would be better to have one large double or king sized bed in the room as opposed to two singles pushed together.

Disliked: Check in fine quick and efficient ,slow service from staff at the bar upon arrival no staff behind bar for a good 5 mins . Not very clean on the terrace, cups glasses overflowing ashtrays on most of the tables .Stayed in 612 kept up all night by noisy neighbours and the sound of a washing machine on full spin don't know what it was ..taxis and cars beeping outside .Bathroom in our room wasn't clean the toilet roll we didn't use we had to buy some as it wasn't the cleanest loo roll looked like it had sat there for a good while , hardly any tissue in the box also in bathroom . Also I'm allergic to anything with coconut in and all the hand-wash and shampoo had coconut in , good job we brought our own .

Liked: Spa facilities were free for hotel guests.
Disliked: Parking. I was issued a ticket for parking my car for 10- 15 mins at the radisson car park while I got instructions as to where else to park. There needs to be better signage instructing guests not to park there. Or better yet an allowance for guests. Construction work going on in the hotel.
