Complained to reception, received 2 new towels but still didn’t fill the conditioner bottle.

Disliked: Mucky Towels on arrival and no conditioner filled in bottle in shower.

I am in a wheelchair and the automatic door was out of order so me and my husband had to negotiate a revolving door, with a small suitcase. Even leaving the case in the lobby, it was very difficult fitting in me in the chair and my husband.

Liked: Lovely wet room; comfy bed; good pillows; good coffee.
Disliked: Dirty stained carpet.

Comfortable hotel, though not sensational.

Liked: Lifts are excellent.Breakfast fairly good but not as good as I remember from around 14-15 years ago.Good spacious room and bathroom.Generally comfortable and most things work as they should. We enjoyed the view over the city.
Disliked: Glass of white wine costs £14.Washbasin too far to reach to wash my face (I'm 5 ft 1)Body wash in shower empty. Service did not come until late in the day.

Liked: Very clean, in a great location, staff very friendly.
Disliked: The only fault I can find is that the tv in the room only had a few channels.

Liked: Bed was really comfy, car park was over the road.
Disliked: A large party of school.children were staying, the teaching woke me up at 7.40am.shouting at the children cos they were late to breakfast. And the children were loud which is fine at night but from.7am.onwards was a bit annoying.

Disliked: Hot food wasn't replenished so limited choice.

Liked: Really nice looking, bed was comfy, walls were thic, the tea trays were nice came with hot chocolate as well as tea and coffee.
Disliked: Not very good lighting in the room, really overpriced snacks and drinks, room don’t come with a bath, could have done with both. Also the Steam room wasn’t working upon vist.
