Complained to reception, received 2 new towels but still didn’t fill the conditioner bottle.

Disliked: Mucky Towels on arrival and no conditioner filled in bottle in shower.

I am in a wheelchair and the automatic door was out of order so me and my husband had to negotiate a revolving door, with a small suitcase. Even leaving the case in the lobby, it was very difficult fitting in me in the chair and my husband.

Liked: Lovely wet room; comfy bed; good pillows; good coffee.
Disliked: Dirty stained carpet.

Disappointing

Disliked: The room lights went out while getting ready .. no urgency from staff intact one member laughed at the situation. Room had multiple issues and for the price I won't be coming back here

Comfortable short stay.

Liked: Rooms were spacious and bed was nice. Location was about a 15-20 walk from centre but good for where we parked our car. Nice to have access to pool and spa facilities included in our stay.
Disliked: Only one person at check in and took a long time. Person at check in did not introduce us to the hotel very well or explain where anything was. We had no shower gel when we went to shower. We had to call down numerous times to get someone to bring some up to us mid-shower. You could hear people in the hallway from our room. Spa facilities and pool were ok but there were no changing rooms just an open toilet space. Wouldn’t want to stay here for a number of nights.

Disliked: They were doing reformations around and they had to put my bedroom next to where they were working. Hotel was very dirty and furniture not clean enough.Pool room and spa are very disappointing.

Disliked: Bedroom door so heavy neighbours kept banging them in early hours when entering. Nearly £4 bottle of water from fridge in reception, and it wasn’t a large bottle!!!!
