Complained to reception, received 2 new towels but still didn’t fill the conditioner bottle.

Disliked: Mucky Towels on arrival and no conditioner filled in bottle in shower.

I am in a wheelchair and the automatic door was out of order so me and my husband had to negotiate a revolving door, with a small suitcase. Even leaving the case in the lobby, it was very difficult fitting in me in the chair and my husband.

Liked: Lovely wet room; comfy bed; good pillows; good coffee.
Disliked: Dirty stained carpet.

Disliked: Heating did not work room was freezing and when contacted reception they provided a portable heater .Breakfast was chaos , food not replenished , berries not defrosted , staff disorganised .I complained to the hotel directly and still awaiting solution following initial reply.
