Complained to reception, received 2 new towels but still didn’t fill the conditioner bottle.

Disliked: Mucky Towels on arrival and no conditioner filled in bottle in shower.

I am in a wheelchair and the automatic door was out of order so me and my husband had to negotiate a revolving door, with a small suitcase. Even leaving the case in the lobby, it was very difficult fitting in me in the chair and my husband.

Liked: Lovely wet room; comfy bed; good pillows; good coffee.
Disliked: Dirty stained carpet.

Liked: Very good location in the center of Manchester. Beautiful hotel and comfortable rooms with a modern urban style.
Disliked: Phone was not working.We had not a cleaning service due our 2-night stay.

Liked: We liked the hotel's situation and the helpful staff. After complaining about our first room we were promptly offered a change of room and a complimentary breakfast.
Disliked: The room we were given had an awful smell which was unbearable. Also in other hotels we always have the option of fresh orange juice at breakfast, however on this occasion it was purely orange flavoured water.
