Disliked: Location is close to the beach , slightly away from city centre .

Liked: The guy at the reception is a statement. Amazing attitude, not the usual scripted responses. The soundproofing is great, haven’t heard anything from the room.The breakfast was great and had a variety to chose from.

Liked: Clean, silent hotel with exceptional breakfast. Perfect location, close to waterfront but also 10min away from city center and central station. Super comfy beds!
Disliked: Nothing.

Disliked: The breakfast Buffett was okay, but the hot stuff in the buffet was not hot enough,food in the warming trays need to at least 50 degrees Celsius,they were no way near that temperature.health agencies would certainly not like that.

A good stay to venture...

Liked: Good facilities with coffee and tea in the room. Shampoo and lotion available. Close to bus and attractions. Good spread for buffet breakfast
Disliked: Check in staff Preeya was not attentive. We arrived and they were talking and we had to wait to be greeted. No Welcome. Strange. I said we were checking in, and they seemed surprised. I mean would anyone just walk into the hotel and to thereception for chit chat. I rarely bother about giving this, but I feel a little disrespected. We booked 4 rooms in total for one evening. For the the management, please help with guest service training. It's not too much to ask to smile and greet welcome.
