Liked: I travelled with my little girl and the staff were so helpful and nice to her and myself. Felt very welcome within the hotel.
Disliked: The breakfast is a little on the expensive side but still good selection to choose from.

Disliked: Do something about those pillows, it’s an expensive hotel, not very fancy, not very clean or modern… I could deal with all that if at least the pillows were somewhat ok…

The overall stay was good....

Liked: Didn't think there was enough towels left for both myself and husband. There was only one bath sheet and towel left along with 2 hand towels.
Disliked: Better pillows would be great as both pillows were quite lumpy

First and the last time.

Disliked: I rarely leave reviews, but for this one I have to. We booked the Premium room, came to check in and the highly incompetent lady at the reception told us this room had to be booked in advance (?!) because it was already afternoon (?!?). And then proceeded to tell us we cannot check in. Obviously everything was smooth when I was doing the booking and the payment was done already. After half an hour of waiting to see ‘what they can do’, I said never mind, we’ll go to another hotel, just reject the booking and give us our money back. The reception lady said they unfortunately cannot (?!). Then we waited for another hour in the hotel loby WITH OUR TWO SMALL KIDS (5 and 1yo) for them to check with their manager if we can check in! After about 2 hours in total I got so upset, it was already bed time and we were ready to leave, when one of their managers finally picked up and agreed we CAN check in. For the room we already paid for. Never had such an experience, and needless to say, first AND THE LAST time we will stay there.
