room in dire state,, location...

Liked: Room tv did not work properly, the towel bar in the bathroom came off as I touched it, no shampoo was provided, the location was across the strip but a highway ran in the middle so it was a 20 min walk just to reach the other side
Disliked: room was in dire state

Liked: The people at the front desk were nice and comprehensive. They promised to refund the two nights I had already paid for and did not use.
Disliked: I spent three nights here: I disliked the smoky odor of the room, the lack of breakfast as they offer (muffins and coffee every day), the noisy neighborhood, the dangerous people going around your window (it is an open area`s room) but there is not any security staff and finally guests having police visits.

Disliked: Too small for 2 double beds. Bagged breakfast not what I consider a breakfast. Tub so old and stained, looks dirty. Bathroom door falling , not able to close it.

Beware. Cockroaches.

Disliked: The room had cockroaches. And that I did not get a refund!

Last Minute-One Night Stay before...

Liked: Close to the strip. Good price for the night and close to New Years Day Availability. Last minute booking. Very Clean all around, restroom and the room. Spacious. Parking included with stay. Representatives were good at offering help or answering questions.
Disliked: Nothing to remark.
