Disappointing

Liked: Motel was as expected.
Disliked: I had an incident where my phone and wallet were stolen while in the area. I was hopeful that the motel's personnel would enable me to use a phone or access my email account, but they did not, which is unfortunate.

Liked: The staff decided after we already came to an agreement and I paid to have more time so I could go check into my other room and didn’t have room to take all my family and luggage so I asked him if I could keep my luggage in my room until I got back and they agreed as long as I’m made sure I paid them something for my time by the time I came back, they emptied out my room and my stuff was put into lost and found I’m missing some stuff and they treated my family like crap. This is not OK.

Disliked: the stains in the bathroom floors it looks ugly and felt dirty

Bad

Disliked: I've stayed at Radisson's before and thought this was a good deal. Radisson's usually are mid quality. There was graffiti in the room. Two lights didn't work. The door lock key had to be re-magnetized after every third or fourth opening or closing of the door. I've stayed in a lot of Third World hotels and I would call this a average Third World hotel.

Disappointing

Liked: Room tv did not work properly, the towel bar in the bathroom came off as I touched it, no shampoo was provided, the location was across the strip but a highway ran in the middle so it was a 20 min walk just to reach the other side
Disliked: room was in dire state
