Liked: The staff at the front desk was quick and helpful.
Disliked: The room had cockroaches. And that I did not get a refund!

Last Minute-One Night Stay before...

Liked: Close to the strip. Good price for the night and close to New Years Day Availability. Last minute booking. Very Clean all around, restroom and the room. Spacious. Parking included with stay. Representatives were good at offering help or answering questions.
Disliked: Nothing to remark.

Disliked: First room heating wasn’t working, but the staff put us in another room and was good.

Was all we could find...

Liked: For the most part the room was clean, free from roaches & bed bugs. Location easy to get to.
Disliked: No lights worked or they didn't have lightbulbs. No USB ports. The breakfast is a piece of fruit & Danish in a paper bag. My door was not able to lock well. It opened easily. They still haven't returned my deposits.

Liked: ROOM CLEANING WAS WELL. STAFF IS GOOD, ROOM IRON AND HAIRDRYER AND TEAM CATLE WAS ABSENT IN ROOM. BREAKFAST GO EVERYDAY ON COUNTER AND PICK BY SELF.
Disliked: LOCATION AND TANSPORT IS BIG ISSUE EVERYDAY TO STAY HERE GUEST HAVE TO 50 TO 60 USD EXTRA ON TAXI FOR GO OUTSIDE LUNCH AND DINNER COST IS EXTRA AROUND 50 TO 60 usd IN TOTALITY 120 USD + STAY ROOM CHARGES 120 USD...IN THIS PRICE WE CAN BOOK VENETIAL ALONG WITH BRAKFAST....

A terrible experience I had...

Liked: The location was convenient, but that’s about it.
Disliked: The property was poorly maintained, dirty, and infested with cockroaches. The condition of the room was unacceptable, and it did not meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The room was unclean, with cockroaches in the bathtub and under the cupboards, making it impossible to stay. I had to check out within 30 minutes of checking in.
