Modern, good value hotel -...

Liked: Efficient staff, room ready 1 hour earlier, good breakfast, very clean modern room.
Disliked: In theory a good location, about 75m from exit to Gare Du Midi but by the station exit and on the way to hotel entrance are some people hanging around which gives a slightly threatening vibe, especially at night. So would not stay again.

Nice hotel

Liked: Clean and nice room.Good breakfast.Near to the Midi train station.
Disliked: There are a lot of drunk and drugged people near this hotel. I did not feel safe returning in the evening.

Convenient but not value for...

Liked: The hotel is directly opposite the Brussels midi station so convenient if arriving by train. Its also handy for the metro to Forest concert venue. Room pleasant and fresh decor. 12 pm check out at the weekend is nice.
Disliked: I found some dirt scum and hairs in the shower. There was no extra pillows provided despite me requesting them at the time of booking. I couldn't reach reception to ask again due to the large queue of people waiting to check in. The breakfast was disappointing. The scrambled eggs, fried potatoes and pain chocolate were all undercooked and did not taste pleasant. The tv channels did not all work and the chromecast facility was out of service. The area around the hotel is not very pleasant, its quite dirty and smelly outside the train station. I would not recommend walking around here at night and would stick to public transport.
