Liked: Room service was awfull didn't clean the toilets. They keep very low standards of the toilets they are stink poor higene to discusting . Not serving a bottle of water, the amenities is no Standart.The cold drinks wasn't served at breakfast,.The room is without separation between shower and bed . I felt very bad to stay there.
Disliked: Only that it's near Alexanderplatz

Disliked: The wifi on floor 19 and the corner rooms are effectively useless.

Liked: The location is just amazing, and is suitable for long walks to the city. The place also has shops and cafes nearby, and I felt really comfortable and safe
Disliked: Nothing to complain about except the door that was a bit difficult to shut. :)

Liked: The location prefect close to main station train . a lot of shops for shopping ,also fast food restaurants in the area and the first floor

Liked: I didn't get the name of the girl who checked me in, I remember she was a trainee though, she was so friendly and lovely. She found me a room to check in a little early and was just so nice x I also had a drink in the bar and could not fault the staff their either - just lovely all around, it was my first solo trip so I was nervous at first but the staff genuinely were so good l was instantly at ease. Great location & a great city. I would highly recommend
